NWS goalie Cheryl Brown signed on at Augsburg College last week in what turned out to be an interesting sequence of events. Augsburg, Minneapolis Minnesota will be Cheryl's new home as she takes her game to the next level of competition. Augsburg coach Jill Pohtilla made the move after Cheryl's stellar performance at the Portland NWS mini-camp and invited her to play for the Augsburg Division III team. Cheryl and family are thrilled with opportunity! Rumor has it that NWS U19 team will be in Minneapolis over Thanksgiving, so Cheryl and the team can share in each-other's action.
